After successful installation of the software, it is necessary to open the browser and go to the address of the server on which Link is installed.

Here you will need to register your account, add email, password, first name, last name and accept Terms and conditions.

The control panel contains the main system widgets corresponding to the menu items in Link, as well as counters that display the number of users added, identifiers, roles, etc.:

In this section it is possible to resize widgets, move them around the workspace and select the necessary widgets from the list.

Users


Widget with a list of all system users.

Users - participants of interaction with the system, which have their own roles and access rights.

After clicking on this widget, a section with a table of all users of the system will be displayed.

Profiles


Widget with a list of all profiles in the system.

Profile - a user parameter of the system, which determines the levels of user interaction with the system.

After clicking on this widget, a section with a table of all profiles will be displayed.

Groups


Widget with a list of all existing groups in the system.

Groups - the essence intended to describe and aggroup realty/premises. May include other groups and their users.

After clicking on this widget, a section will appear with a list of all groups and their subgroups.

Guest access


Widget that allows you to quickly go to the section to add guest access.

Guest Access - temporary access using a unique guest ID.

When you click on this widget, the section for creating guest access will open.

Areas


Widget showing the number of zones created.

Area- part of the group of premises, the boundaries of which are determined by the devices included in it.

After clicking on this widget, a section will appear with a list of all areas and their devices.

Schelude


A widget that displays a list of all schedules.

Schedules - scenarios of user system interaction with devices using a time period. Clicking on this widget will open a section with a list of all schedules.

Identifiers


Widget that displays the number of identifiers existing in the system.

The identifier is a unique feature of an object that allows it to be distinguished from other objects, i.e. to identify. The identifier can be an access code, a card code, a UKEY mobile identifier. Clicking on this widget will open a section with a list of all identifiers.

Devices


Widget that displays devices connected to the system, model names, their statuses, IP addresses, and software version. To go to the management section of the connected devices, click on the appropriate section in the side menu.
